We want you and your pigeons to be happy. If something is not right with your fashion order or your pigeon health products, this is how we handle it.

  1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to
• Fashion items such as caps, shirts, hoodies and accessories
• Pigeon health products such as supplements, liquids, powders, drops and similar care products

  1. Return period

Fashion items
• Our refund and return period for fashion items is 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Pigeon health products
• For pigeon health products the legal withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• These products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, the seal is intact and the product has been stored correctly.

If these periods have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  1. General conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
• The item must be in the original packaging, including all labels and tags for fashion items
• For pigeon health products the seal and outer packaging must be intact

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for every return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through PigeonBoss.com.

  1. Items that cannot be returned

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, especially for reasons of health, hygiene or shelf life. This includes for example

• Opened or unsealed pigeon health products such as supplements, liquids, powders and drops
• Products with a limited shelf life that are no longer in saleable condition
• Fashion items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or damaged by use
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non returnable items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Some health and personal care items once the seal has been opened

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all.

  1. Partial refunds

In some situations only partial refunds are granted, for example
• Items that show clear signs of use
• Packaging that is damaged in a way that reduces resale value
• Items returned outside the stated return periods, but accepted by us as a gesture of goodwill

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved
• Your refund will be processed
• A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days

  1. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

  1. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Fashion items
• If you need to exchange a fashion item for the same product in another size or a non defective replacement, send us an email at {email address}.

Pigeon health products
• Defective or damaged pigeon health products can be exchanged for the same item after assessment of the issue.

After email contact you can send your item to

  1. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item
• Shipping costs are non refundable
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
