On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, the skies above Brabant turned electric as 11,781 pigeons were released from Nanteuil (Chevrainvilliers) at 07:45 AM for a mid-distance race of approximately 353 kilometers. With clear skies, a mild eastern breeze, and warm spring weather, conditions were ideal for a fair yet competitive race.

The first major middle-distance race of the 2025 season in Section 6 was one for the history books. On Sunday, May 3rd, a staggering 11,523 pigeons from 440 fanciers were released at 07:15 from Morlincourt-Noyon. Under ideal conditions—light clouds, a light northeast wind, and a temperature of 10°C—one name soared above the rest: Lex Udo.
On Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, the M18 race in Dutch Region 7 took off from Morlincourt-Noyon. With 12,757 pigeons from 473 fanciers released at 7:35 AM, the conditions were mild: light cloud cover, a weak northeast wind, and a temperature of 14°C. The race covered 326 kilometers—and it delivered a phenomenal result.

The weather conditions were perfect for a fast race: clear skies, mild temperatures of 10°C, and a light southeast wind. At 9:10 AM, a total of 7,538 racing pigeons from 257 fanciers were released for this early-season classic.

From the Belgian city of Quievrain, no less than 8,833 pigeons were released at 9:45 AM under perfect racing conditions: clear skies, a light northeast wind (NO2), and 12 degrees Celsius. Everything pointed toward a beautiful race… and what we witnessed was a masterclass.
