For those who do not know Derby AS Croatia yet, this is not just another One Loft Race. Located on a beautiful, strategic hill in Đakovo, in the Croatian region of Slavonia, this race provides a true, challenging stage for real character pigeons. The wind has free play across the vast plains, and summer temperatures can soar. No free gifts are handed out here, and the birds that triumph here have pure grit in their bones.
The brilliant 2026 program is built to boost confidence, starting with five Hotspots ranging from 150 to 350 kilometers. This is followed by a serious semi final of 450 kilometers, leading up to the ultimate showdown: the spectacular 550 kilometer final. And for the absolute die hards, there is the legendary 620 kilometer Super Final.
A Prize Pot Worth Fighting For
Alongside the ultimate sporting honor, there is an incredible amount to win this year. The total prize fund is a massive 60,000 euros. The winner of the final race takes home a spectacular first prize of 12,000 euros. This makes the competition at the absolute pinnacle of international pigeon racing even more thrilling.
